These terms apply to your use of purenestlivingco.com and purchases from PureNest Living LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Shopping with PureNest Living

You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable law. Provide accurate contact, account and address information, and keep your account credentials secure. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Product details & fit

We describe products using the specifications available for each item. Colors may vary with screen settings and lighting. Check dimensions, package quantities, door clearance and mounting requirements before purchasing. Room styling and accessories are not included unless the product listing expressly says so.

Prices & orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes, if any, are shown during checkout. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; we may contact you to correct an error or resolve a problem before acceptance. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the affected item.

We may correct inaccurate information, including a pricing or description error. If a correction affects your order, we will explain the change and give you the choice to continue or cancel. We do not substitute a different item without your agreement.

Delivery & returns

We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 2–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is $6.99 below $59 and free at $59 or more. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Return postage responsibility and inspection and refund timing are explained in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Use of the website

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful content. The PureNest Living name, original designs and written website content may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Privacy & legal rights

Our Privacy Policy explains our use of personal information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of a product or website.
