Returns & refunds

We want your storage to fit the space and purpose you chose it for. If it does not, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned?

Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all included parts and accessories. Please keep the packaging while you check the item. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

How to return an item

  1. Contact [email protected] or call 909-893-4072 with your order number and the items you want to return. Tell us the reason; for a damaged, incorrect or defective item, include photos if available.
  2. Pack the unused item with its original packaging, parts and accessories. Include your order number and contact email so we can identify the return.
  3. Send the return to:

    You may contact us first for help with return instructions. We recommend a tracked service and keeping the postage receipt.

Who pays return postage?

We cover return shipping for a quality issue, an incorrect item or damage in transit. Contact us before purchasing postage in these cases so we can arrange the return. For other reasons, including a change of mind or an item that does not fit the measured space, the customer pays return shipping.

Inspection & refunds

After we receive your return, we complete the inspection within 3–5 business days. If approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.

For an approved return due to a quality issue, incorrect item or transit damage, the refund includes the applicable original shipping charge. For other returns, the original standard shipping charge, if paid, is not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges & cancellations

For a different item, request a return and place a separate order. Contact us promptly to request cancellation or an address change; we can help before dispatch. If an order has already shipped, follow the return process.
